Return Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original tags and packaging to qualify.

How to Return — 4 Simple Steps

Step 1 — Start Your Return: Visit our website's Returns portal to initiate your return request. Our team will guide you through everything.

Step 2 — Pack It Up: Place your item securely in its original packaging and include the packing slip if you have it — this helps us process things faster.

Step 3 — We'll Pick It Up: No need to go anywhere! We'll arrange a pickup from your doorstep within 24 hours of your return request. Just keep the package ready.

Step 4 — You're All Set: Once our team collects the package, we'll take it from there and notify you as soon as your return is processed.

Refunds & Exchanges Once we receive your item, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. For an exchange, simply let us know your preferred size or colour when initiating the return and we'll dispatch your replacement right away.

Please Note Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange — always check the product description before purchasing. Intimate apparel is also non-returnable and non-exchangeable to maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards for all our customers.
